Attorney Information

Allan Fried has been a patent attorney for over 30 years. His experience has included patent prosecution
before the USPTO, Federal Court litigation, coordination of client involvement in foreign patent offices,
evaluation of patents, and licensing. Previously, after obtaining his PhD, he did research for 10 years. His
research areas included the biophysical chemistry of DNA, SV40 viral RNA synthesis, and the location of
SV40 DNA in transformed cells.
